The Departments of State, The Treasury and Commerce have issued a joint advisory, North Korea Ballistic Procurement Advisory, to inform worldwide industry of the North Korean procurement activities as well as the suspected entities and deceptive techniques being used by proliferators and procurement networks. The advisory also lists resources for and general information about North Korean-related sanctions.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated their Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List with an International Criminal Court designation. The single designation was placed on an individual from Lesotho.
