Who Should Attend?

Importers, their management, and staff who are responsible for regulatory compliance.

While the verdict is still out as to how successful an importer will be with their request, vape industry importers can take advantage of the process to request an exclusion from paying these additional duties on Chinese imports. Where the request is granted, an importer gets a one-year delay on being subjected to these extra tariffs, which are currently at 10% to 25% on top of the product's regular duty rate.

Join SFATA Board Member, Deanna Clark-Esposito, Esq. of the Clark-Esposito Law Firm, P.C. for this 60 min. webinar, where she will explain how to make the request and what information to include in the submission.

Webinar Cost: $100.00 to Non-Members - Free to SFATA Members
