Peter specializes in private credit, particularly in the opportunistic and non-bank financing space, working closely with family offices, hedge funds, and private equity firms. His expertise spans origination, structuring, and execution of complex transactions, with a strong focus on commodities trade finance and cross-border deals.

 

With three decades of global deal experience, Peter excels in identifying and securing lucrative investment opportunities, leveraging his deep industry relationships and strategic insights to deliver tailored capital solutions.


Deanna Clark, Esq., is the Managing Attorney of the Clark-Esposito Law Firm, P.C., bringing over 20 years of experience in helping companies navigate the complexities of global trade regulations. On the import side, Deanna works closely with businesses to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other federal agencies.
